RESOLUTION NO. 9384 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING JOB DESCRIPTION FOR GROUP <br />FITNESS INSTRUCTOR AND AUTHORIZE HIRING FOR THE <br />POSITION <br />WHEREAS, Council recommended approval of the City operating a Parks and <br />Recreation Department during their October 12, 2020 meeting; and <br />WHEREAS, a job description has been created for the Group Fitness Instructor <br />position; and <br />WHEREAS, the Human Resources Committee has had an opportunity to review <br />the job description; and <br />WHEREAS, staff is requesting authorization to hire up to three (3) part-time, non - <br />benefit positions, and eligible for PERA after 180 days of employment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council <br />Approves the Job Description for the Group Fitness Instructor as shown in Exhibit A <br />(attached), and authorizes staff to fill the position. <br />Adopted this 25t' day of January, 2021. <br />Carol A.
