RESOLUTION NO. 9383 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AUTHORIZING SEVERANCE FOR POLICE OFFICER DEREK WODNICK <br />WHEREAS, Police Officer Derek Wodnick has resigned from the City of Mounds View; <br />his last day of employment was January 15, 2021; and <br />WHEREAS, in accordance with the Labor Agreement between the City of Mounds View <br />and the Law Enforcement Labor Services, Inc. (LELS) Local No. 204, Officer Wodnick will <br />receive a cash payout of his vacation hours and compensatory time; and <br />WHEREAS, Officer Wodnick's balance of accrued and unused vacation is 23.10 hours <br />and his compensatory time balance is 10.50 hours; and <br />WHEREAS, Officer Wodnick's rate of pay upon resignation was $27.91 per hour. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council approves <br />severance to Officer Derek Wodnick consistent with the Labor Agreement between the City of <br />Mounds View and the Law Enforcement Labor Services, Inc. (LELS) Local No. 204, and Section <br />2.12 of the Mounds View Personnel Manual as follows: <br />Hours <br />Hourly rate <br />Payout <br />Vacation Hours <br />23.10 <br />$27.91 <br />$644.72 Cash Payout <br />Compensatory Hours <br />10.50 <br />$27.91 <br />$293.06 Cash Payout <br />Total Severance: <br />$937.78 <br />Adopted this 25th day of January, 2021. <br />Carol A.
