RESOLUTION NO.9401 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />APPROVING BUDGET ADJUSTMENT OF $8,000 FOR MENTAL HEALTH <br />CONSULTANT AND FITNESS EQUIPMENT FOR WORKOUT AREA <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View Strategic Plan states a goal of creating an <br />environment where people want to work and remain employed by the city; and <br />WHEREAS, mental health and physical fitness are substantive workplace issues, <br />especially for those in public safety; and <br />WHEREAS, law enforcement professionals have and will likely continue to be <br />challenged in performance of their duties due to current and predictably near future <br />societal issues; and <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Council is committed to the highest levels of support <br />for our law enforcement members. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br />Mounds View authorizes the following budget adjustments, increase account 100-4200- <br />3030 by $5,000 for the mental health consultant and increase account 100-4200-1230 <br />$3,000 for additional fitness equipment. <br />Adopted this 22"d Day of February, 2021. <br />Z 6 0 6 dwla a �� <br />Carol A.
