RESOLUTION NO. 9408 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FULL TIME FACILITIES CUSTODIAN JOB <br />DESCRIPTION AND AUTHORIZE RECRUITMENT PROCESS <br />WHEREAS, Council recommended approval of the City operating a Parks and <br />Recreation Department during their October 12, 2020 meeting; and <br />WHEREAS, a job description has been created for the Facilities Custodian; and <br />WHEREAS, the Human Resources Committee has had an opportunity to review <br />the job description; and <br />WHEREAS, staff is requesting authorization to hire one (1) Facilities Custodian; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Facilities Custodian will be a full-time non-exempt position <br />reporting to the Parks and Recreation Superintendent; and <br />WHEREAS, wages for this position are: <br />Step 1 <br />Step 1.5 <br />Step 2 <br />Step 3 <br />Step 4 <br />Ste 5 <br />$18.97 <br />$19.56 <br />$20.15 <br />$21.34 <br />$22.52 <br />$23.71 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council <br />Approves the Job Description for the Facilities Custodian as shown in Exhibit A <br />(attached), and authorizes staff to begin a recruitment process. <br />Adopted this 8t" day of March, 2021. <br />Carol A.
