RESOLUTION 9403 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />APPROVING AN OFF -SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE TRANSFER FROM <br />VINO AND STOGIES, INC. TO ALDO J. OLIVAS, SAVILO LIQUOR STORE, <br />FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2345 COUNTY ROAD H2 <br />WHEREAS, Aldo J. Olivas has made application to the City of Mounds View to transfer <br />the off -sale intoxicating liquor license from Vino and Stogies, Inc. to Aldo J. Olivas, dba Savila <br />Liquor Store; and <br />WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business license applications ortransfers must be <br />approved by the City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, all necessary application materials and fees have been submitted to the <br />City; and <br />WHEREAS, property taxes and water/sewer charges are current; and <br />WHEREAS, the licensing period shall run from March 9, 2021 to June 30, 2022. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />does hereby approve an off -sale intoxicating liquor license transfer from the Vino and Stogies, <br />Inc. to Aldo J. Olivas, dba Savilo Liquor Store, for the property located at 2345 County Road <br />H2. <br />Adopted this 8th day of March, 2021. <br />Carol A.
