Easements for public streets, drainage, utilities, highways and roads now existing. <br /> <br />4. The terms, conditions, covenants and agreements set forth in the Purchase and <br />Development Agreement between the Grantor and Grantee named in the Deed to which <br />this Exhibit is attached, which Purchase and Development Agreement is hereby made a <br />part hereof by reference thereto.
