Often, the complaints are not a violation of City Codes, specific to <br />the Home Occupation, and originate from other disputes. <br />Strategic Plan Strategy/Goal: <br />Continue Business Retention & Expansion (BR&E) program, maximize utilization of <br />development space and current list of available sites, encourage land owners to maintain their <br />properties, & consider residential redevelopment. <br />Financial Impact: <br />None. <br />Planning Commission Recommendation: <br />The Planning Commission recommended approval at its March 17t" meeting (Resolution 1132- <br />11).
