Located on single-family residential properties only <br />2. Limit of a total of 8 chickens and/or ducks <br />3. New chicken/duck keeping permits require a public hearing (notices will be mailed to all property owners with 350 feet of applicant's <br />property) and approval by the City Council <br />4. Annual renewal permits may be approved administratively unless there have been substantiated complaints or related violations during the <br />previous year <br />5. Detailed site plan showing: <br />• All existing structures on the property <br />• Coop dimensions <br />• Coop setbacks from all property lines and the house <br />6. Zoning permit if the coop will be a new structure.
