The auditing firm of <br />Malloy, Montague, Karnowski, Radosevich, & Co., P.A. (MMKR) has performed and provided <br />audit services that have been beneficial to the City. MMKR has provided at staff's request an <br />extension of audit services for the years' ending December 31, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, and <br />2025 for Council consideration. The City has received more than satisfactory service from <br />MMKR and the proposed fees reflect no increase for 2021 and subsequent 2% increases for <br />2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025. The fee for the 2020 audit was $35,440. <br />The proposed fee for 2021 is $35,440 plus expenses, 2022 - $36,145 + expenses, 2023 - <br />$36,870 + expenses, 2024 - $37,605 + expenses, and 2025 — $38,360 + expenses. Expenses <br />have been minimal since we produce and publish our own report. <br />Resolution 9414 appointing MMKR as auditors for the years ended December 31, 2021 thru <br />2025 is attached for your approval.
