Development Plan <br />1.MWF would submit both proposals to Minnesota Housing in July 2021. <br />2.If Minnesota Housing Funding is not approved, MWF would look at a <br />possible submission to the state in January if funds are available. <br />3.Both projects would need a 15 year TIF note to be viable and competitive <br />at the state. <br />4.Due to the high costs of submission, MWF would ideally have site control <br />(development agreement) until the end of 2022 to allow for a submission <br />in 2022 if not approved in 2021 but are open to discussions regarding this.
