Res 9434 <br />Page 2 of 7 <br />WHEREAS, following such revocation hearing, the Council hereby finds and determines <br />as follows: <br />a. The City issued to the Owner a rental dwelling license for 2075 Hillview Road that is set <br />to expire on December 31, 2021; <br />b. The City issued to the Owner a rental dwelling license for 2081 Hillview Road that is set <br />to expire on December 31, 2021; <br />c. On January 6, 2021, the City sent letters to the Owner regarding scheduled inspections at <br />both 2075 Hillview Road and 2081 Hillview Road, per the Rental Licensing Ordinance; <br />d. On January 25, 2021, the City sent a "no occupancy" posting to the Owner regarding 2081 <br />Hillview Road, Garage #3, placarded the garage as unfit for human occupancy, and also <br />sent a correction notice to the Owner regarding 2075 Hillview Road and identified <br />corrective actions related to all six units and common areas; <br />e. On January 26, 2021, the City sent a correction notice to the Owner regarding 2081 <br />Hillview Road and identified corrective actions related to all six units and common areas; <br />f. On January 29, 2021, the City sent a violation and trespass notice to the Owner regarding <br />2081 Hillview Road, Garage #3 regarding violations of the "no occupancy" posting and <br />January 25, 2021 placard; <br />g. On February 5, 2021, the City sent a correction notice to the Owner regarding 2081 <br />Hillview Road, Garage #3, summarizing required work and continued no occupancy of <br />said garage; <br />h. On February 12, 2021, the City issued an administrative citation regarding the occupancy <br />of 2081 Hillview Road, Garage #3; <br />i. On March 1, 2021, following a re -inspection, the City sent updated correction notices to <br />the Owner regarding both 2075 Hillview Road and 2081 Hillview Road, and identified <br />corrective actions related to all units and common areas; <br />J. On March 1, 2021, the City also sent a second notice to the Owner regarding the unpaid <br />administrative citation related to 2081 Hillview Road, Garage #3; <br />k. On April 15, 2021, following another re -inspection, the City sent updated correction <br />notices to the Owner regarding both 2075 and 2081 Hillview Road and identified corrective <br />actions related to multiple units and common areas; <br />1. On April 19, 2021, a police report was filed regarding a fire at 2075 Hillview Road, Unit <br />#4; <br />m.
