<br />A determination will be made by the Housing Inspector and the Mounds
<br />View Building Official if a structural assessment is warranted at that time.
<br />This work will co -inside with exterior wall repairs that need to be made. An
<br />updated list of corrections will be issued by the Building Official.
<br />V. Exterior: Housing — Exterior — (PMCMV: 91.003 SUBD. A. 8.). Rubbish
<br />Accumulation. Any accumulation of cans, bottles or trash or debris of any
<br />nature or description, and the throwing, dumping or depositing of any dead
<br />animals, manure, garbage, waste, decaying matter, ground, sand, stones,
<br />ashes, rubbish, cans, glass, food containers or other material of any kind on
<br />private property. Remove all junk materials from the property, including but
<br />not limited to household appliances, construction materials, garbage and
<br />brush. Housing - Structural - Siding Repair and/or replace missing or damaged
<br />Siding. (IPMC: 304.2). There is a large section of the west facing exterior wall
<br />that is cracked and pulling away from the building, allowing for moisture
<br />intrusion to the interior of the wall. Have a licensed contractor repair exterior
<br />wall. This work may require a permit. Contact the City of Mounds View to
<br />make necessary arrangements. An updated list of corrections will be issued
<br />by the Building Official.

<br />storage. Remove all items not in use for the maintenance of the property. All
<br />items used in the maintenance of the property must be stored in an orderly
<br />fashion in a single garage unit. Housing - Electrical - Minimum Standard
<br />Electrical panels, wiring, switches and outlets must be installed to meet the
<br />minimum requirements of the State Electrical Code (IPMC: 605.1). Garages 1, 2,
<br />and 3 all have electrical that has been added, altered, or left unfinished. All
<br />previous work was not inspected by the State Electrical Inspector. Have a
<br />licensed electrician perform a safety check on all electrical components in
<br />these units. Make any repairs or corrections as necessary and have the State
<br />Electrical Inspector perform and approve a final inspection
