Public Works Staff Report <br />City Hall Campus: <br />• New Picnic Shelters are being built, will be ready for next season rental. <br />• Worked with plumber and vendor to winterize the splash pad. <br />• Installation of the New Picnic Tables started <br />Splash Pad <br />• Staff is working with Ramsey County Department of Health with the guidelines. <br />• Ramsey County will help in providing the signage for the splash pad. <br />• Splash Pad — planning on open on Memorial Day — Restrictions — 50% occupancy - <br />49 individuals in the splash pad area. Mask must be worn outside of the splash pad <br />— shelters, benches, playground. <br />• Phone number needs to be displayed for people to call fi the numbers exceed 49 <br />individuals in the splash pad. <br />• Staff must have a way to monitor the splash pad- cameras and if needed shut <br />down the system. <br />Groveland Park: <br />• Final Inspection of Punch list items on 10/25/2018 for Tennis/Basket Ball Court <br />Greenfield Park: <br />Notified by the DNR that corrections to be made to the tennis court gate entrance — ADA <br />accessible. Fencing contractor scheduled for next month Leveled the trail running in the <br />back portion of the Park, added class 5 as needed. <br />Commission will need to discuss at the August 2020, Green field baseball field. Take out <br />all turf from first and third base line and replace with Ag-lime to the fence. Most all new <br />park construction is going this way with ball fields. This would solve the wet home plate <br />issue and uneven base line issues. <br />Building has been re -roofed <br />Hillview Park: <br />Commission will need to discuss at the August 2020, playground Rehabilitation. <br />a Furnace at Park Shelter has been replaced — condensing still needs to be installed. <br />Lambert Park <br />• Inventory of Hockey Rink boards to re -place started. <br />• Commission will need to discuss at the August 2020 Meeting size of the Hockey Rink. <br />Random Park: <br />Commission will need to discuss at the August 2020, playground Rehabilitation <br />2 1 P a g e <br />
