Item 05A <br />Page 3 of 6 <br />Financial Impact: <br />None. <br />Recommendation: <br />Staff recommends discussion of the Ordinance Amendment, and to provide direction on <br />whether to allow Drive-Thru's as a Conditional Use vs. a Permitted Use. The end -goal is to <br />provide options for a drive-thru restaurant at the El Loro site. <br />The proposed Amendment is written such that it is a Conditional Use in the B-4 district (currently <br />prohibited), and removes duplicate requirements from both B-3 and B-4 districts (items a — k).
