If the religious institution ceases operation, all urns and remains must be removed from the property within three (3) months. SECTION 2. In accordance with Section 3.07 of the City Charter, City staff shall have the following summary printed in the official City newspaper in lieu of the complete ordinance: On April 12, 2021, the City Council adopted Ordinance 975 that amends Chapter 1106 of the Mounds View City Code, relating to Permitted Accessory Uses within the R-1 Single - Family Residential district.
