RESOLUTION NO.9464 CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF ANTHONY PROPERTIES SECOND ADDITION WHEREAS, the applicant; Mark Krogh (Java Companies), representing the owner; AP Mounds View, LP (land owner), has applied for approval of the Subdivision of Anthony Properties Second Addition, 2430 Mounds View Boulevard, legally described as: PID: 08-30-23-23-0006 Lot 3, Block 1, ANTHONY PROPERTIES ADDITION, according to the recorded plat thereof, Ramsey County, Minnesota WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council approved; (1) the Preliminary Plat; (2) Amendment to the PUD Narrative of the O'Neil Property to reflect this change; and (3) a Development Review for Caribou Cabin (Resolution 9443); and, WHEREAS, the Final Plat has been compared to requirements of the Municipal Code; Section § 158.024 (Necessary Data for Final Plat), finding it to be satisfactory; and, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Mounds View City Council approves of the Final Plat of ANTHONY PROPERTIES SECOND ADDITION, contingent upon the following; Prior to land disturbance and issuance of a Building Permit, the Developer shall submit a revised Landscaping Plan to reflect the Civil Plans dated August 3, 2021. The Landscaping Plan shall comply with the Mounds View Municipal Code, and comply with the Development Review (Resolution 9443). Additional plantings may be required at Staff s discretion. The Landscaping Plan shall be reviewed and approved administratively. 2. Prior to issuance of a Building Permit, the Developer shall submit a landscape escrow equal to 150% of the cost of labor and materials, consistent with the approved Landscaping Plan. Return of the escrow shall be described in the Development Agreement. 3. Prior to land disturbance, and issuance of a Building Permit the Developer shall comply with Rice Creek Watershed District (RCWD) regulations, and obtain applicable permits. 4. The Developer shall comply with the City Engineer's letter, dated April 2, 2021. 5. The Developer shall submit the Final Plat to the County Engineer for review, and comply with all requirements of Ramsey County, per MN Statute §505.03.
