RESOLUTION NO.9464 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF <br />ANTHONY PROPERTIES SECOND ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, the applicant; Mark Krogh (Java Companies), representing the owner; AP <br />Mounds View, LP (land owner), has applied for approval of the Subdivision of Anthony <br />Properties Second Addition, 2430 Mounds View Boulevard, legally described as: <br />PID: 08-30-23-23-0006 <br />Lot 3, Block 1, ANTHONY PROPERTIES ADDITION, <br />according to the recorded plat thereof, Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council approved; (1) the Preliminary Plat; (2) <br />Amendment to the PUD Narrative of the O'Neil Property to reflect this change; and (3) a <br />Development Review for Caribou Cabin (Resolution 9443); and, <br />WHEREAS, the Final Plat has been compared to requirements of the Municipal Code; <br />Section § 158.024 (Necessary Data for Final Plat), finding it to be satisfactory; and, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Mounds View City Council approves <br />of the Final Plat of ANTHONY PROPERTIES SECOND ADDITION, contingent upon the <br />following; <br />Prior to land disturbance and issuance of a Building Permit, the Developer shall submit a <br />revised Landscaping Plan to reflect the Civil Plans dated August 3, 2021. The <br />Landscaping Plan shall comply with the Mounds View Municipal Code, and comply with <br />the Development Review (Resolution 9443). Additional plantings may be required at <br />Staff s discretion. The Landscaping Plan shall be reviewed and approved <br />administratively. <br />2. Prior to issuance of a Building Permit, the Developer shall submit a landscape escrow <br />equal to 150% of the cost of labor and materials, consistent with the approved <br />Landscaping Plan. Return of the escrow shall be described in the Development <br />Agreement. <br />3. Prior to land disturbance, and issuance of a Building Permit the Developer shall comply <br />with Rice Creek Watershed District (RCWD) regulations, and obtain applicable permits. <br />4. The Developer shall comply with the City Engineer's letter, dated April 2, 2021. <br />5. The Developer shall submit the Final Plat to the County Engineer for review, and comply <br />with all requirements of Ramsey County, per MN Statute §505.03. <br />
