EDA BUSINESS 38 <br /> 39 <br />A. 21-EDA-345, Establishing the New Business Improvement Forgivable Loan 40 <br />Program. 41 <br /> 42 <br />Assistant City Administrator Beeman requested the EDA approve the establishment of the New 43 <br />Business Improvement Forgivable Loan Program. He reported the City Council discussed this 44 <br />program at a recent worksession meeting. Staff commented further on the program and requested 45 <br />clarification on how much funding would be directed into this program. 46
