RESOLUTION NO. 9450 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />APPROVING THE PROMOTION OF MICHAEL HANSON <br />TO THE POSITION OF POLICE SERGEANT <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a promotion to fill the vacancy of Police <br />Sergeant in the Police Department, and the City of Mounds View has approved the <br />procedures to fill these vacancies, and; <br />WHEREAS, the approved hiring procedures consist of training and experience <br />scoring, oral board interview, a psychological and leadership assessment, and; <br />WHEREAS, staff of the Police Department has met with Michael Hanson, and the <br />Chief of Police recommends that he be appointed to the position of Police Sergeant. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota does hereby appoint Michael Hanson to the <br />position of Police Sergeant at the step two rate of pay ($41.69/hour) as indicated in the <br />Law Enforcement Labor Services contract. <br />Adopted this 23rd day of August, 2021. <br />Cce �Ga/ <br />Carol A.
