RESOLUTION 9460 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />Approving a Class B Restaurant License for American Multi -Cinema, Inc. <br />for AMC Mounds View 15, 2430 Mounds View Boulevard <br />WHEREAS, American Multi -Cinema, Inc. has made application to the City of Mounds <br />View for a Restaurant License for the AMC Mounds View 15, 2430 Mounds View Boulevard; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, all new restaurant license applications require approval by the Mounds <br />View City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, all applicable license application materials and fees have been <br />submitted to the City; and <br />WHEREAS, all property taxes and water/sewer charges are current. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does <br />hereby approve a Class B Restaurant License for American Multi -Cinema, Inc. for AMC <br />Mounds View 15, 2430 Mounds View Boulevard. <br />2022. <br />BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that this is an annual license and will expires June 30, <br />Adopted this 231d day of August, 2021. <br />Carol A.
