RESOLUTION 9461 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />Approving an Amusement Device License for Dean Superior Vending Co. for <br />AMC Mounds View 15, 2430 Mounds View Boulevard <br />WHEREAS, Dean Superior Vending Co. has made application to the City of Mounds <br />View for an Amusement Device License for the AMC Mounds View 15, 2430 Mounds View <br />Boulevard; and <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 111.021 of the Mounds View City Code states that no person <br />shall operate any amusement machine in the City without first obtaining a license from the <br />City; and <br />WHEREAS, all applicable license application materials and fees have been <br />submitted to the City. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does <br />hereby approve an Amusement Device License for Dean Superior Vending Co. for AMC <br />Mounds View 15, 2430 Mounds View Boulevard. <br />2022. <br />BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that this is an annual license and will expire June 30, <br />Adopted this 23rd day of August, 2021. <br />Lce `L� <br />Carol A.
