44:15 Rosemary Lensing 8310 Pleasant View Drive — I just have some minor questions, I want to know
the time frame of this, is it going to be 6 months long that were driving on dirt and asphalt, tar and
what?
DP — I can't have a real solid answer for you because what ends up happening after we go out to bid we
sit down with the contractor. They give us a phasing of far as when the construction starts, we do have
limitations on how long they can pull the asphalt off road and when it has to be put down.
RL - So can we drive on the road?
DP — Yes
RL - When they are tarring it?
DP —That would be about the only time that there might be limited driving on.
RL - How about the concrete, our driveway apron?
DP — that would be another time that you would not be able.
RL - Where would you go?
DP — Your either parking on the street in the evening, and I know in past projects that if there is
somebody that has to have access with their car, if their handicapped the contractors have to build a
ramp and give you access to your driveway, but all of that would be covered in the spring when we have
another meeting like this and talk about construction, talk about what's going to go on there and timing.
We just don't know that until after we meet with the contractor at that time.
RL - OK, and part of that pedestrian safety were going to have mailboxes on one side of the road, were
going to have a lot of people crossing roads, I think we should have our own individual mailboxes in that
situation. And to slow down traffic I would advise maybe speed bumps, traffic has been picking up,
faster and faster and with people crossing thru, like everyone has mentioned, especially with the new
development over in Blaine. 46:15
46:28 Bill Crowder 3001 Bronson Drive I am an avowed tree hugger, I love our trees. I remember
when I first moved to Mounds View in 1977 one of the first things I did was I climbed my great big White
Pine tree and sat out there and watched the tree sway back and forth and I look at all the trees in our
neighborhood and how lucky we are that we didn't buy a piece of property up in Ham Lake that was a
beautiful house but we had a twig in our front yard. I've got a forest in my yard, you look at my property
from the east —Spring Lake Road and Bronson Drive you can't see my house because of the foliage and I
would like to maintain that. I think it's environmentally sound that we have trees providing us with
oxygen and shade, climbing materials, I enjoy climbing my tree and I am very fortunate to live in
Mounds View and I would like to keep it as it is. And whatever project you decide, if its curb and gutter
or sidewalk also, I would like to see a minimization of cutting down of trees. That's all I am going to say.
47:54
48:11 Steve Duncan 7821 Spring Lake Road — I inherited the property, I have been there for 61 years,
the house was built in 1938, its one of the first homes on Spring Lake.
