APPEAL PETITION TO KEEP 8310 Pleasant View Drive, Mounds View DRIVEWAY SIZE ENTRANCE <br />I, the undersigned, appeal/waiver to keep my driveway size at the entrance/approach of my driveway. <br />Mounds View street rehabilitation project for Pleasant View Drive in Mounds View is changing the entrance <br />size of my driveway. <br />The original existing driveway was permitted by the City of Mounds View in 1977 when the home was built <br />and has a three stall garage. The driveway is approximately 30+ feet wide from garage door to garage door. <br />The cars on the driveway would have a difficult time to drive pass each other if the driveway is 24 feet since <br />the cars would have to drive off the future curb if the driveway entrance was made smaller by the city of <br />Mounds View. The existing driveway is short in length and the existing drive entrance is far from other <br />existing driveways. The estimated lot size of 8310 Pleasant View Drive property is over 94 feet by over 245 <br />feet so there is plenty of water absorption on the property. <br />The existing driveway is in very good condition.
