Purpose <br />The general purpose of this PUD Narrative is to provide the City of Mounds View (City) and <br />Crossroads Pointe MV, LLC (Applicant) clarification of Approved variations from the City <br />Code that is allowed as a Planned Unit Development (PUD). Where there is a conflict <br />between this document and the City Code, this document shall take precedence. If a <br />question or topic of regulation arises which is not addressed by this document, then the <br />regulation shall be addressed as if the property were zoned R-4 High Density Residential. <br />Because zoning regulations change from time to time, if the purpose of the R-4 district or its <br />regulations significantly changes (as of 2019), then the City Administrator or their designee <br />may interpret and determine, at their discretion. <br />2.
