Request to Appeal Rental License Re -Inspection Fees for Properties located at <br />14 5661, 5671, and 5691 Quincy Street. <br />15 <br />16 City Administrator Zikmund stated the landlord spoke with staff late this afternoon and requested <br />17 a two week extension on this item. <br />18 <br />19 MOTION/SECOND: Bergeron/Cermak. To Postpone Action on this Item to the September 27, <br />20 2021 City Council meeting. <br />21 <br />22 Ayes — 5 Nays — 0 Motion carried. <br />23 <br />24 8. COUNCIL BUSINESS <br />25 A. Public Hearing: Resolution 9465, Amending the Crossroad Pointe PUD <br />26 Narrative, 2390 Mounds View Boulevard. <br />27 <br />28 Community Development Director Sevald requested the Council amend the Crossroad Pointe PUD <br />29 narrative for the property at 2390 Mounds View Boulevard. He explained this project was formerly <br />30 known as Crossroad Pointe and as was approved as a PUD. He commented since the approval, <br />31 the building was built slightly different than was approved and it would be necessary to amend the <br />32 PUD narrative to address the building setbacks. He indicated there were also some changes the <br />33 developer wanted to request: a five-foot chain link fence in the pet area and a solid eight foot <br />34 paneled fence along the patio area. He reviewed the proposed changes in further detail with the <br />35 Council and recommended approval of the PUD Narrative amendments. <br />36 <br />37 Mayor Mueller opened the public hearing at 7:07 p.m. <br />38 <br />39 Hearing no public input, Mayor Mueller closed the public hearing at 7:07 p.m. <br />40 <br />41 Council Member Hull asked if staff recommended the pet fence be denied. Community <br />42 Development Director Sevald reported staff recommended the pet fence be four feet in height. He <br />43 indicated the Planning Commission supported the pet fence being five feet in height. <br />44 <br />45 Council Member Meehlhause questioned if the recommendations from the Planning Commission <br />46 were unanimous. Community Development Director Sevald stated this was the case. <br />
