RESOLUTION 9483 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />90% OF DESIGN PLANS FOR THE 2022/2023 STREET <br />PROJECT AND AUTHORIZATION TO SEND TO MNDOT STATE AID FOR REVIEW <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View is considering the 2022-2023 Street Project <br />to include Pleasant View Drive and Spring Lake Road (as outlined on the attached map); <br />and <br />WHEREAS, The 2022/2023 Street Project Overview Map (Attachment A) indicates <br />the streets to be rehabilitated. The actions taken to date and the proposed schedule for <br />the project are as follows: <br />• September 7, 2021 - City Council Work Session - Review Community <br />Engagement Feedback and preliminary plans; task completed. <br />• September 13, 2021 - City Council Meeting - Council Reviews 60% plans. <br />Review Community Engagement feedback. Provide Staff Direction moving <br />forward; task completed. <br />• October 25, 2021 - City Council reviews 90% plans before it is submitted to <br />State Aid for approval. City Council authorizes completion of plans and <br />specifications for the project. <br />• December 13, 2021 - City Council accepts 100% plans and specifications, <br />incorporating any comments from State Aid and approves routing for <br />signatures. City Council authorizes advertisement for bidding. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mounds <br />View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br />1. The City hereby approves the 90% plans as submitted by Stantec and further <br />authorizes Stantec to continue in the design and specifications for the <br />proposed 2022-2023 Street Rehabilitation Project of Pleasant View Drive, <br />Pleasant View Court, 84th Ave N.E. and Spring Lake Road <br />2. City Council approves sending the plans to MnDOT State Aid for review and <br />comments. <br />3. The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to <br />execute all appropriate documents to effectuate the actions contemplated by <br />this resolution. <br />4.
