RESOLUTION 9489 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />APPROVING NO PARKING ON SPRING LAKE ROAD FROM <br />COUNTY ROAD J TO COUNTY ROAD H2 <br />WHEREAS, The City of Mounds View is proposing Street Rehabilitation on Spring <br />Lake Road form County Road J to County Road H2; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed improvements do not provided adequate width for parking <br />on both sides of the street; and <br />WHEREAS, approval of the proposed construction as a Municipal State Aid Street <br />project must be conditioned upon certain parking restrictions Ramsey County will be <br />performing road maintenance on Long Lake Road from County Road H2 to County Road <br />J. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mounds <br />View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br />1. The City Council of the City of Mounds View prohibits parking on the both sides <br />of Spring Lake Road from County Road J to County Road H2. <br />2. The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to execute <br />all appropriate documents to effectuate the actions contemplated by this <br />resolution. <br />3. The Mayor and City Administrator, Staff and consultants are hereby authorized <br />and directed to take any and all additional steps and actions necessary or <br />convenient in order to accomplish the intent of this Resolution. <br />Adopted this 8th day of November, 2021 <br />ATTEST: <br />Carol A.
