APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Meehlhause/Hull. To Approve the September 13, 2021, Agenda as <br />presented. <br /> <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. <br /> <br />President Mueller stated the EDA would be recessing this meeting to a Closed Session at 6:32 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />President Mueller reconvened the EDA meeting at 6:45 p.m. <br /> <br />4.
