RESOLUTION 9491 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />REVISIONS TO THE CITY'S PERSONNEL MANUAL, SECTION 4.14 REASONABLE WORK <br />TIME FOR NURSING MOTHERS AND LACTATING EMPLOYEES <br />EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2022 <br />WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota approved revisions to Statute 181.939 Nursing <br />Mothers, Lactating Employees, and Pregnancy Accommodations, which requires the City of <br />Mounds View to update Section 4.14 of the City's Personnel Manual, Reasonable Work Time for <br />Nursing Mothers and Lactating Employees; and <br />WHEREAS, the State's revisions require entities with 15 or more employees to provide <br />pay for break times needed for Nursing Mothers and Lactating employees. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Mounds View, <br />Minnesota that the City of Mounds View approves Revisions to the City's Personal Manual, <br />Section 4.14 Reasonable Work Time for Nursing Mothers and Lactating Employees, Effective <br />January 1, 2022. <br />Adopted this 22"d day of November, 2021. <br />ATTEST: Carol A.
