ORDINANCE NO. 983 CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE 2022 CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW FEE SCHEDULE THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Pursuant to Minnesota Law, the Mounds View City Charter, and Mounds View City Code, an updated City fee schedule for 2022 is hereby adopted as shown in Attachment A. SECTION 2. In accordance with Section 3.07 of the City Charter, City staff is hereby directed to have the following summary printed in the official City newspaper in lieu of this entire 15- page ordinance, as said summary would clearly inform the public of the intent and effect of the ordinance: On November 22, 2021, the City Council adopted Ordinance 983, entitled "An Ordinance Adopting the 2022 City of Mounds View Fee Schedule," which approved the City's 2022 fee schedule. Numerous city fees contained within the fee schedule have been modified for 2022 via Ordinance 983. A printed copy of the complete ordinance, which includes the entire 2022 fee schedule, is available for inspection by any person during regular office hours at the office of the city administrator. A copy of the ordinance, including the new fee schedule, is also available online at the City's website at www.moundsviewmn.org. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force 30 days from and after its passage and publication, in accordance with Section 3.09 of the City Charter. Introduction and First Reading by the Mounds View City Council on November 8, 2021. Second Reading and Adoption by the Mounds View City Council on November 22, 2021.
