Modification to the Development Program for the <br />Mounds View Economic Development Project <br />FOREWORD <br />The following text represents a Modification to the Development Program for <br />the Mounds View Economic Development Project. This modification <br />represents a continuation of the goals and objectives set forth in the <br />Development Program for the Mounds View Economic Development Project. <br />Generally, the substantive changes include the establishment of Tax <br />Increment Financing District No. 1-7 (Villas of Mounds View). <br />For further information, a review of the Development Program for the Mounds <br />View Economic Development Project, is recommended. It is available from <br />the Assistant City Administrator at the City of Mounds View.
