DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM OVERVIEW <br />Pursuant to the Development Program and authorizing state statutes, the <br />FDA or City is authorized to undertake the following activities in the District: <br />1. Property to be Acquired - The FDA currently owns the three (3) <br />parcels of property and the City of Mounds View owns one (1) <br />parcel of property within the District. <br />2. Relocation - Relocation services, to the extent required by law, <br />are available pursuant to M.S., Chapter 777 and other relevant state <br />and federal laws. <br />3. Upon approval of a developer's plan relating to the project and <br />completion of the necessary legal requirements, the FDA or City <br />may sell to a developer selected properties that it may acquire <br />within the District or may lease land or facilities to a developer. <br />4.
