The <br />recruitment cycle will take approximately three (3) months. Staff recommends flexibility <br />with regards to the recruitment process and the potential to offer accelerated or additional <br />compensation dependent upon years of experience. <br />Year 2022 <br />Start 70% 1 Year 80% 2 Year 90% 3 Year 100% <br />$28.74 $32.85 $36.95 $41.06 <br />Strategic Plan Strategy/Goal: <br />Create a culture where employees desire to work. <br />Financial Impact: <br />The City will experience a cost savings, as the separating officer is at top wage, and the <br />incoming officer will not be onboard until approximately February, 2022.
