Resolution 9488, Authorizing the addition of Section 3.20 — Access to Gender <br />32 Segregation Activities and Areas, to the Personnel Manual. <br />33 D. Police Chief Harder — 3rd Quarter Police Report. <br />42 <br />43 Police Chief Harder presented the 3rd Quarter Police Report to the City Council. He reported civil <br />44 unrest and COVID really knocked the department backwards which led him to make community <br />45 engagement a priority in 2021. He discussed how the neighborhood resource officer was <br />46 interacting with the community. He explained he welcomed Officer Vert and Officer Boscardin to <br />
