Resolution 9497 <br />Page 7 of 7 <br />12. The Developer shall agree to a Development Agreement, consistent with Mounds <br />View City Code §160.318(C)(4)(d) (PUD Agreement). <br />13. Prior to issuing a Building Permit, the developer shall reimburse the City for any <br />and all consulting costs, including the City Engineer's review, and City Attorney's <br />review. <br />14. Construction shall commence within one year of this PUD approval (e.g. by <br />November 22, 2022), unless an extension is granted by the City Council, <br />consistent with Mounds View City Code §160.0318(D)(6) (Limitation of final plan <br />approval). <br />Adopted this 22nd day of November 2021. <br />Carol A.
