<br />southeast corner of subject property. Elevation = 910.46.
<br />3. We have shown the location of futilities to the best of our ability based on observed evidence

<br />plans provided by client, markings by utility companies and other appropriate sources. We
<br />have used this information to develop a view of the underground utilities for this site.
<br />However, lacking excavation, the exact location of underground features cannot be

<br />is required, the client is advised that excavation may be necessary. Also, please note that
<br />seasonal conditions may inhibit our ability to visibly observe all the utilities located on the
<br />subject: property.
<br />4. We have shown the location of a wetland and erosional gully hereon per a delineation by
<br />Stantec, provided to us by the client.

<br />observed in the process of conducting the fieldwork.
<br />17. We are unaware of any proposed changes in street right of way lines. Evidence of recent
<br />street or, sidewalk construction or repairs was not observed in the process of conducting the
<br />fieldwork.
<br />18. We are unaware of any plottable offsite easements or servitudes.
