To Approve the Monday, December 6, 2021, agenda as <br />24 presented. <br />25 <br />26 Ayes — 5 Nays — 0 Motion carried. <br />27 <br />28 5. COUNCIL BUSINESS <br />29 A. Public Hearing to Consider Resolution 9511, Approving Amendments to the <br />30 Healthcare and Housing Facilities Revenue Refunding Note (Catholic <br />31 Eldercare Project), Series 2014C, and Authorizing the Execution and Delivery <br />32 of Documents Related Thereto. <br />33 <br />34 Finance Director Beer requested the Council adopt a Resolution approving amendments to the <br />35 Healthcare and Housing Facilities Revenue Refunding Note (Catholic Eldercare Project), Series <br />36 2014C, and authorizing the execution and delivery of documents related thereto. He explained in <br />37 2014 the City issued conduit debt for a multi -city project to add space to an existing facility. He <br />38 stated because material amendments were being made to the agreement, lowering the interest rate <br />39 and extending the maturity on it, the City had to hold a public hearing on the matter. It was noted <br />40 the City had no obligation for this debt. <br />41 <br />42 Mayor Mueller opened the public hearing at 6:03 p.m. <br />43 <br />44 Hearing no public input, Mayor Mueller closed the public hearing at 6:04 p.m. <br />45 <br />
