RESOLUTION NO. 9506 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />APPROVING AN AUTOMOBILE DEALER LICENSE FOR <br />RYDELL AUTO OUTLET AND GARAGE, LLC, DBA THE BEAR LOT, <br />2375 MOUNDS VIEW BOULEVARD <br />WHEREAS, Mounds View City Code requires that automobile dealers be licensed <br />in the City of Mounds View and that the license be renewed annually; and <br />WHEREAS, Rydell Auto Outlet and Garage, LLC is applying to renew that license <br />for 2022 for The Bear Lot, 2375 Mounds View Boulevard; and <br />WHEREAS, the property taxes and Mounds View water/sewer bill for 2375 <br />Mounds View Boulevard are current. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that an automobile dealer License be <br />renewal for Rydell Auto Outlet and Garage, LLC, DBA The Bear Lot, 2375 Mounds View <br />Boulevard. <br />2022. <br />BE IT FURTHER BE RESOLVED that this license will expire on December 31, <br />Adopted this 13t" day of December, 2021. <br />Carol A.
