RESOLUTION 9520 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />APPROVING NO PARKING ON SPRING LAKE ROAD FOR THE 2022/23 STREET <br />PROJECT REGARDING STATE AID FUNDING <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved Resolution 9420 authorizing Stantec to <br />perform engineering services and prepare bidding documents for the design phase for <br />the 2022/23 Street Project; and <br />WHEREAS, Spring Lake Road, to include a proposed 8 foot shared use trail, is a <br />non-standard street due to its Municipal State Aid status; and <br />WHEREAS, to be eligible for State Aid funding, Spring Lake Road must be signed <br />with "No Parking" or equivalent traffic signs on both sides of the street. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mounds <br />View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br />Spring Lake Road will be signed with "No Parking" or equivalent traffic signs on both <br />sides of the street from County Road H2 to County Road J. <br />Adopted this 13th day of December, 2021. <br />4WZ06/Z4�,� <br />Carol A.
