Second Reading and Adoption of Ordinance 986, an Ordinance Amending <br />Title XI, Chapter 118, Relating to Cigarettes and Tobacco Products. <br />City Administrator Zikmund requested the Council adopt an Ordinance amending Title XI, <br />Chapter 118 relating to cigarettes and tobacco products. He explained the Council first discussed <br />this matter at a workshop meeting and the first reading was held two weeks ago. Staff noted this <br />ordinance amendment addressed the retail sale of tobacco products via delivery. He reported the <br />City Attorney had reviewed this Ordinance and noted the proposed language strengthens the <br />City's standing. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Hull/Cermak. To Waive the Second Reading and Adopt Ordinance 986, <br />an Ordinance Amending Title XI, Chapter 118, Relating to Cigarettes and Tobacco Products. <br />A roll call vote was taken. <br />Ayes — 5 Nays — 0 Motion carried. <br />B.
