Discussion of next step for Chapter 4 <br />"Nominations and Elections", and future discussion for Chapter 8 "Public <br />Improvements and Special Assessments" and Chapter 7 ``Taxation and - <br />Finances". Consensus to a joint meeting in May with City Council to discuss <br />Chapter 8. <br />March 24, 2020, Due to COVID-19 and the Governors Emergency <br />Declarations the Commission canceled its March 24, 2020, meeting. <br />May 2024, Due to COVID-19 and the Governors Emergency Declarations the <br />tentative meeting with the Council was canceled. <br />August 31, 2020, Justin Klander resigned August 10 from Commission, after <br />moving out of city. Rebecca Scholl accepted appointment to the Commission <br />by the District Court. <br />October 29, 2420, Commission met and approved the Commissions Annual <br />Rep to the District Court.
