He noted he would be bringing this item back to the Council for approval, and 3 noted the contractor would work to bring the number down. 4 5 Mayor Mueller asked if the fire sprinkler lines were monitored. Public Works/Parks and 6 Recreation Director Peterson reported they were monitored and that was how the City was notified 7 of the leak. 8 9 Council Member Cermak questioned if the City had insurance in place to pay the City back for the 10 extensive damage that occurred at the Community Center. Public Works/Parks and Recreation 11 Director Peterson stated the City might hit it's deductible between the two emergencies. 12 13 Human Resources Director Ewald reported the City would be holding a Town Hall meeting on 14 Monday, April 18 from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. She explained she had Citizen of the Year 15 nomination forms for the Council to consider. 16 17 Mayor Mueller reported the Mounds View Police Department had a new addition, K9 Officer Ace. 18 He noted K9 Officer Ace would be attending training with Police Officer Aase. Human Resources 19 Director Ewald explained Officer Nina Katzenmaier also started with the Police Department today 20 which meant the Mounds View Police Department was fully staffed. 21 22 C.
