ORDINANCE NO.989 CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA AMENDING MOUNDS VIEW CITY CODE TITLE XV LAND USE, CHAPTER 160 RELATING TO OUTDOOR VENDING KIOSKS The City of Mounds View Ordains: SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Mounds View hereby amends Title XV Land Use, Chapter 160.167 (B-1, Neighborhood Business District; Accessory Uses) of the Mounds View Municipal Code by adding the underlined material and deleting the sin material as follows: § 160.167 ACCESSORY USES. The following are permitted accessory uses in a B-1 District: (F) Outdoor vending kiosks; provided that: (1) The kiosks shall accept only electronic forms of payment; (3) Q The kiosks may be placed only at retail stores, motor fuel stations and restaurants; (4) Only one bu ;h property may install outdoor vending kiosk (5) QJ The kiosk shall be placed immediately adjacent to the host business' building; (6)(4) No loss of parking or interference with the flow of traffic, accessibility, or egress shall occur due to the placement of a vending kiosk; and (7) The kiosks may be allowed i PUD Dist -ietom SECTION 2. In accordance with Section 3.07 of the City Charter, City staff shall have the following summary printed in the official City newspaper in lieu of the complete ordinance: On March 28, 2022, the City Council adopted Ordinance 989 that amends Section § 160.167(F) of the Mounds View City Code, relating to Outdoor Vending Kiosks. A printed copy of the ordinance is available for inspection during regular business hours at Mounds View City Hall and is available on line at the City's web site located at www.moundsviewnm.us.
