Ms. <br />Eisenbraun was employed with the City since January 17, 2017 with her last day of active employment April <br />21, 2022. Attached is Resolution 9579 which authorizes severance to Ms. Eisenbraun in accordance with <br />the City of Mounds View Personnel Manual. <br />Discussion <br />Ms. Eisenbraun agreed to submit her resignation effective April 21, 2022 provided the City compensate her <br />for two months' wages ($11,422.66), including the City's employee benefit incentive of $1,170 per month <br />($2,340). Additionally, Section 2.11, subsection B-1 of the Mounds View Personnel Manual states the <br />employee is eligible for a 50% lump sum payout of accrued vacation balance totaling $1,553.92, with the <br />remaining 50% to be deposited into the employee's Retirement Health Savings Plan. <br />Ms. Eisenbraun submitted a signed resignation. A separation agreement was prepared and signed by Ms. <br />Eisenbraun effective April 20, 2022.
