RESOLUTION OF AUTHORIZATION Att. 8B <br />OF <br />NORTHEAST YOUTH & FAMILY SERVICES <br />THIS IS TO CERTIFY that at a duly constituted meeting of the Board of Directors of Northeast <br />Youth & Family Services ("NYFS") held on April 28, 2022 the following resolution was adopted: <br />WHEREAS, NYFS requires an annual audit of their financial accounts; <br />WHEREAS, the regular review of best fit of audit firms is good practice; <br />WHEREAS, the Treasurer solicited RFPs from recommended firms; <br />AND WHEREAS, the Audit search team reviewed best fit, cost and availability. <br />NOW THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED that NYFS hereby approves the contracting of <br />Clifton Larson Allen (CLA) for future audits. <br />ADOPTED: <br />BOARD OF DIRECTORS: Jack Serier, Board Chair Date: <br />
