Community 7 <br />Development Director Sevald stated the staff report indicates the two areas combined are about 25 8 <br />acres. 9 <br /> 10 <br />President Mueller inquired if any developers have approached the City regarding this parcel. 11 <br />Community Development Director Sevald reported there were complications with this parcel 12 <br />because it was right against Highway 10 (Mounds View Boulevard) and it had a ditch and wetlands, 13 <br />which would make development difficult. 14 <br /> 15 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Hull/Bergeron.
