He explained the wetland delineation would remain effective for the next three <br />years. Staff commented further on the proposed study and recommended approval. <br /> <br />Commissioner Meehlhause asked if this expenditure would come out of the EDA fund. Finance <br />Director Beer reported this was the case. <br /> <br />President Mueller questioned how large the infill development area was. Community <br />Development Director Sevald stated the staff report indicates the two areas combined are about 25 <br />acres. <br /> <br />President Mueller inquired if any developers have approached the City regarding this parcel. <br />Community Development Director Sevald reported there were complications with this parcel <br />because it was right against Highway 10 and it had a ditch and wetlands, which would make <br />development difficult. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Hull/Bergeron. To Waive the Reading and Adopt Resolution 22-EDA-357, <br />A Resolution Approving the Costs of a Wetland Delineation Study. <br /> <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. <br /> <br />7.
