EDA RESOLUTION 22-EDA-358 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE COSTS OF ASBESTOS AND HAZARDOUS <br />MATERIALS REMOVAL <br />WHEREAS, the Economic Development Authority (EDA) owns a property located at <br />8271 Long Lake Road; and <br />WHEREAS, the EDA desires to demolish the existing structure; and <br />WHEREAS, the EDA is required to hire a licensed asbestos and hazardous materials <br />contractor to remove any hazardous materials; and <br />WHEREAS, the EDA has received a quote from Sheltertech Corporation in the <br />amount of $7,970 requiring approval from the EDA; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Economic <br />Development Authority authorizes Staff to make the necessary expenditures and any minor <br />adjustments that may be required as presented in the attached quote <br />Adopted this 23t" day of May, 2022. <br />Theresa Cermak ice Presi nt <br />ATTEST: <br />Nyle mund xecuti a Director <br />(seal) <br />
