It was brought to <br />development through a partnership between the City of Noblesville and <br />Klipsch-Card Athletic Facilities, LLC; the owner and operator of the facility. <br />The city funds the project with $600,000 per year from property taxes and <br />rental fee revenue as well as additional funding of $200,000 annually. <br />The fieldhouse consists of 5 hardwood basketball courts, 11 indoor batting <br />cages, and 65,000-square feet of turf space. The complex also offers a <br />10,000-square foot physical therapy office, indoor and outdoor concessions, <br />a second -floor viewing area and high -definition cameras for streaming and <br />recording game play. <br />The Finch Creek Fieldhouse grounds contain trails, four pickleball courts, a <br />lighted basketball court, playgrounds, picnic space, and a seasonal splash <br />pad. <br />Memberships are offered for baseball and softball batting cages for <br />individuals or families at time increments of three months, six months or <br />twelve months. <br />The facility offers youth sports camps in baseball, softball, football and <br />basketball, with 14 instructors for the various camp and training offerings. <br />St. Vincent Sports Performance is the exclusive provider of athletic trainers <br />and healthcare. <br />The complex hosts large sporting events, team and individual training and <br />large private parties. <br />It was initially anticipated the facility would create 40 full-time jobs and 350 <br />part-time jobs. <br />CFeasibility Study of a Potential new Youth and Amateur Sports Complex in Mounds View, Minnesota • Page 30 <br />
