EDA RESOLUTION 22-EDA-357 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE COSTS OF A WETLAND DELINTATION STUDY <br />WHEREAS, the Economic Development Authority (EDA) owns half of the proposed <br />Ardan Park Redevelopment area; and <br />WHEREAS, the EDA owns a parcel of land north of Greenfield Park; and <br />WHEREAS, the EDA wishes to fulfill its strategic planning goal to redevelop <br />residential areas; and <br />WHEREAS, the EDA has received several requests from developers to review a <br />wetland delineation study before committing to a project; and <br />WHEREAS, the EDA has received a quote from Stantek, the City's engineer, to <br />complete a wetland delineation study for both the Ardan Park and Greenfield Park areas in <br />the amount of $17,490 requiring approval from the EDA; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Economic <br />Development Authority authorizes Staff to make the necessary expenditures and any minor <br />adjustments that may be required as presented in the attached quote <br />Adopted this 9th day of May, 2022. <br />CGG(� <br />Carol A.
