RESOLUTION NO. 9605 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AMEND PART-TIME FRONT DESK LEAD AND PART-TIME SENIOR <br />PROGRAM COORDINATOR POSITIONS BY INCREASING WAGE <br />WHEREAS, various seasonal and part-time wages were increased in May, 2022 <br />in order to compete with other organizations and fill positions within the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the HR Committee met to discuss the need to increase wages for the <br />part-time Front Desk Lead and Senior Program Coordinator as their positions provide <br />work direction to those whose wages were previously increased; and <br />WHEREAS, the topic was discussed during the June Work Session and Council <br />consensus was to increase wages for the part-time Front Desk Lead and Senior Program <br />Coordinator. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council <br />Amend Part -Time Front Desk Lead and Part -Time Senior Program Coordinator Positions <br />by Increasing Wages as Follows: <br />• Part -Time Front Desk Lead Jonelle Henry, Effective June 13, 2022, Increase Wage <br />From $16.00/Hour to $18.00/Hour <br />• Part -Time Senior Program Coordinator Connie Allen, Effective June 13, 2022, <br />Increase Wage From $16.48/Hour to $18.00/Hour <br />Adopted this 13th day of June, 2022. <br />op <br />Carol A.
